So far training is concerned, by observing the strategy of the market; I felt to have an institute bearing capacity of producing better quality of trainees who can perform their best as per the situational need of the society. After observing the training panorama one question aroused in my mind “whether the production presently given by the institutes at the best of their quality?” I roamed for nearly four months in several institutes and could realize why not in myself should own one to impart training with beautiful training of its category, such that I may be a part of the creative society.
I have started in laying out the plan for creation of the bones of the institute and could discover numerous problems hidden at the background. Solving one after another in association with my beloved father and my mother I could find one after another way solving problems and generation of new innovations a shape could be given.
Now everybody is recognizing the institute as a center for quality learning, but still in proceeding for functioning at all the steps the way is very uneven and every step is being taken care of since there is every chance of tumbling or slipping. The quality of an institute depends on the resources’ quality.
The institute building is made in such a way that it has a capacity to impart training for three units at a time as certified by the authorities for the two trades viz. Fitter and Electrician. We are hoping that this opportunity would be included for some more trades also.
The tools and equipment also being positioned for two trades for three such units as per the allocations made as per the DGE&T recommendations.
We have thrived for the best quality instructors and keeping vigilance for imparting quality training to the trainees being inducted and also looking towards such that the trainees after completion of training can perform their best.
